Run - Aqua Jogging

If you are going to get injured through an overuse injury it is most likely going to occur when running.  It depends on the exact nature of the injury but in many instances rest/treatment followed by a period of strength training and a protocol to get you gradually back into full running is prescribed.

During this period you may still be able to participate in cycling and running or another non-run activity.  To maintain the run specifc fitness or assist with your rehab then aqua jogging is a possible option (check with your physio first).   These links provide some information on aqua jogging.
