Run Technique Workshop

The purpose of this session is to teach the skills, drills, cues and techniques you will need in order to practice running pain-free with improved form, efficiency and speed.  Topics addressed during this session are:
  • Theory behind running
  • Functional anatomy of running
  • Prevent common running injuries
  • Myth busting
  • Question & answers
There is limited individual feedback in this session; it will provide a general set of tools to help runners improve their running gait.

This session will require you to do some light running and exercises but you will also be stationary for periods so please wear and bring appropriate clothing for the venue and weather conditions.

As said you shouldn't be over exerting yourself but bring any food and drink you may require.

I operate the workshop on a first come first served basis and if there is more interest than places then I will look to put an additional workshop on in the near future.
